We are committed to delivering your orders to you as quickly and economically as possible.
Our postage charges are charged at cost on every order we receive. By default your order will be sent by Royal Mail's 'Signed For' service for UK deliveries and Royal Mail 'Airmail' for overseas deliveries where possible. The most we will ever charge you for UK mainland delivery is £6.95, that covers up to 25kg of crafting supplies.
We endeavour to post out each order received within two working days however, at present, this applies only to days our store is actually open. You can check our opening hours by clicking here.
If you get a chance to come and see us and collect your order from our store in Swindon, Wiltshire we obviously will not charge any postage and packaging costs at all.
If you would like to query the P&P shown on your order please call our store on 01793 60 24 70 (or +441793 60 24 70 for International customers) and a member our helpful friendly team will be more than happy to review your order and see if there is any way it can be packaged or mailed differently to lower the postage costs.
